She is best known for playing Rayna Cruz in The Vampire Diaries and The Originals. Her father is American of British heritage, while her mother is Filipino, making Leslie-Anne half-Filipino and half-white American. Leslie-Anne began developing an interest in acting at a very young age and started acting at age 5. She later attended the University of California, Berkeley, where she graduated with honors.
