Momčilo Otašević was born on February 20, 1990, in Cetinje, Montenegro, where he spent his childhood. He was raised by Mr. and Mrs. Otašević alongside his sister, with whom he has shared a close bond.
He belongs to the Montenegrin ethnic group and practices Christianity. After completing his primary and secondary education in Cetinje, he enrolled at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Cetinje, graduating in 2013. He began appearing in stage productions while still a university student.
