Pavithra Jayaram died in an accident in Hyderabad on May 12, 2024, when a bus crashed with her automobile, in which she was traveling with her driver, niece, and husband, Chandrakant. Chandrakanth, who suffered hand and brain injuries, also told the press about the accident’s timeframe. He told NS Entertainment, “We were traveling from Bengaluru to Hyderabad since we needed to shoot here. We left at 3 P.M., but due to heavy rain in Bengaluru, we were delayed three hours. I, Pavitra, and her niece were traveling together.

He also claimed that Pavithra died from shock rather than injury, claiming, “It didn’t look like anyone was wounded; just I was hurt, and Pavithra was surprised to witness it.
